BACKGROUND
It is easy to become consumed by the constant negative media, the everlasting disheartening events around us, and life's continuous lessons. This constant can become overwhelming or bring about indescribable emotions. So, as we acknowledge and navigate these feelings, imagine how many others may be experiencing the same, if not worse.
We never quite know what the person next to us may be feeling or experiencing in their own lives. With that, we should give ourselves grace, give others grace, compliment a stranger. Extend a helping hand.
Do such good deeds with the intent of solely bringing some light into a person's life who could use it. No strings attached. No expectations of anything in return.
This project is a reminder to treat others and yourself well, shine a little light in someone's life. We could all use a bit more 'good' in the world.
